Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between TheOnepiece Inc. (“mii”, “we”) and the organization that creates a mii workspace (“you”). By creating an org or using mii you agree to them.

The service

mii provides AI coworkers (“agents”) that perform work you ask for: building and running software for your org, prospecting, managing data, and acting on third-party services your administrators connect. Agents act only under the permissions your administrators grant and the instructions your members give.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you ask agents to do, for the accounts you connect, and for having the right to connect them.
• Keep your credentials secure and your member list current; actions taken from your accounts are attributed to your org.
• Don’t use mii to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to probe or disrupt systems you don’t own.

Your content

Your org owns the content it brings to mii and the work products agents create for it. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to store, process, and transmit your content to run your agents, including processing by the model providers that power them. We do not use your content to train models and nothing is shared between orgs. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

AI output

Agents produce output automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and you should review it before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on agent output.

Billing

Paid features are billed as described at purchase (for example, credits or subscription). Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Termination

You can stop using mii and delete your org at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Upon org deletion we delete your org’s data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

mii is provided “as is” during our pilot phase, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If we make material changes, we will post the new terms here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept them. Questions: shubh@miis.run.
